1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During
high-volume periods (sales, new launches, holidays), processing times
may be extended by a few days. You will receive a confirmation email
once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of
the shipping carrier. However, we’re here to help if something goes
wrong.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. TK Beauty is
not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you realize there's an error, contact us immediately at tkbeauty.me@gmail.com— if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
7. Sustainability Commitment
In line with our brand values, we aim to use eco-conscious materials
wherever possible — from recyclable packaging to minimizing waste. Your
order may arrive in compostable mailers or reusable boxes designed to
protect your keepsakes and the planet.

confident and create memories. If for any reason you're not completely
satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility requirements:
original, sealed packaging
unused and in resellable condition
proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number to tkbeauty.me@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
Return Process

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed
within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
